You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting sob77 customer support via live chat. Prior to processing any closure, sob77 will require full KYC verification and will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method. Closure requests cannot be reversed once processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. sob77 targets withdrawal processing within 3–10 minutes for verified accounts. This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows, which sob77 will communicate in advance wherever possible.
No withdrawal will be processed for any account that has not completed full KYC verification as described in Clause 4. sob77 strongly recommends that all Members complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when a withdrawal request is submitted.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Only the portion of a Member's balance that qualifies as withdrawable real-money funds — after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied — is eligible for withdrawal. sob77 will clearly display a Member's withdrawable balance separately from any locked bonus balance within the account dashboard.
The standard maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the promotion page, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement before any part of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds for sportsbook bets, and expiry timeline are published for each individual promotion. Failure to satisfy the Wagering Requirement within the specified period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
Unless sob77 expressly states that two promotions may be combined, only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time. Opting into a second promotion before completing the requirements of an existing promotion may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.

sob77 may permanently terminate a Member's account following a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, completion of a fraud or integrity investigation that confirms prohibited conduct, or receipt of a legally binding instruction from a relevant authority. Upon termination for cause, sob77 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including any real-money funds held at the time of termination, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Members may close their accounts voluntarily at any time as described in Clause 3.4. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding breaches, sob77 will process any withdrawable balance to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, with specific reference to the market context in which sob77 operates.
